AIRPORTS

There are two major airports in St Petersburg: Pulkovo I is for domestic flights and Pulkovo II for international. They are about five kilometers apart. Another smaller airport, Rzhevka, provides flights for northwest Russia.

Pulkovo-1- Domestic and Pulkovo-2- International airport are located approx. 20 kms and 45 minutes by car south of the city.

Airlines serving St Petersburg at the time of going to press are Aeroflot, Air France, Austrian Airlines, Balkan Airlines, British Airways, CSA, Delta Airlines, Estonian Air, Finnair, KLM, LOT, Lufthansa, Malev, SAS, Swissair.

We will be more than happy to send a car (if you wish, with an English/German speaking guide) to meet you at the airport. The cost is US.00 per car (1-4 pax) or US.00 per van (up to 11 pax). The guide or driver will be meeting you at the airport arrival area with sign with your name on it. The drivers know the city perfectly and can bring you to the apartment you have reserved or any other destination in the city.
